England Trip - 12th August 2006 (Oxford)

Richard, Hang and I went to Oxford today. Again, we liked Oxford more than London. Wandering through Oxford was relaxing.

We entered Chris Church, where was the backdrop of Harry Potter. I really appreciate the superb IT technology nowadays; it could make a small room of Chris Church into a big grand room in the film such as the dining hall.

Since Richard and I were science students, we enjoyed visiting the Oxford University Museum of Natural History. We saw a lot of specimens and skeleton of rare animals there. Richard liked the DNA double helix model very much.

I was surprised that I could find some information about the author of Alice's Adventure in Wonderland there. According to the record, Lewis Carroll (the author) always took the real Alice there and used some animals that they saw to create stories. Hehehe! Some people said that Lewis Carroll was an abnormal man that liked to play with kids…..girls!!!! Understand what I mean? So he created many stories to attract the real Alice!!!! Believe or not?

Alice's shop, which opposite Chris Church, was also attractive. You can see all interesting characters in the story there. WOO!!

Here, I want to thank Newton for the delicious Vietnam dinner that he paid for us.
