My first baby

My baby came on 26th April 2007. It was the big day of Richard and I. We went to the hospital early in that morning. I had to wait for 6 hours in the hospital before going to the operation room. I was calmed for the first 5 hours. Until 1p.m., a nurse came and changed clothes for me. Then, she inserted a pipe into my urethra. Ashhhhhh!!! It was painful. I started to shrive and thought of the pain of the anesthesia. Being moved into the operation room, I looked at the ceiling of the hospital, and thought that it was not propitious since it made me think of some miserable scenes I watched in movies. Then, I closed my eyes until I entered the operation room.

The anesthetist entered and told me the risks of the anesthesia. When he tried to insert the needle within the joint of my backbone, he kept on saying "you are very nervous!!" and "your bone is as hard as a bamboo!" In the meanwhile, I thought I was relaxed. Actually, I was not since the upper part of my body shrived involuntarily (maybe I was nervous from my subconsciousness.)

The operation was not as painful as I expected. At that moment, I thought that delivering the baby in this way was good and it was possible to have another baby in the future. Then, the most touching part came. I heard my baby's cry. The nurse showed me my baby and took the picture for us. I thanked God that my baby was healthy and cute.

Three hours after the operation, the effect of the anaesthetic faded away and the pain started. Then, there was only one thing in my mind - "NO MORE PREGNANCY!!!"

It was unforgettable day.
