新菜式

  為了令今週日會在府上用膳的史丹尼弟兄對我的廚藝增加信心,現登上今天晚上款待代余博士同事的菜式相片,一來為好勝的我討回公道,二來引誘各位親愛的弟兄姊妹於週日準時出席共享口福之樂。

  今天的新嘗試是蘿蔔炆牛腩,在此要再一次多謝媽媽的特別提醒,她說要將牛腩炆得又好吃又軟身的話,一定要買「坑腩」,否則就算其他調味做得多完美,也不能炆出好吃的牛腩。謝謝媽媽,今次我又成功了!!
  其他的菜式有老黃瓜湯,炸南瓜,青炒菜心及蒜泥雞翼。各位,很想吃嗎

除了老黃瓜吃不出半點老味之外,嘴刁的小弟在別的菜式上,也實在找不出絲毫可挑可剔之處耶。要彈,就彈部份熱賣菜式的量實在太少了罷,西門用了三十秒添飯回座,徒剩菜汁可供佐飯矣。
