Baptism

Today was Isabella and my mother's big day. They both accepted baptism today. And, a miracle happened. Actually, Isabella is quite afraid of staying in the crowded places, so she doesn't feel comfortable during worships. Before she accepted baptism today, she could not stand sitting in the crowd and cried so we had to wait outside the hall. I thought she must cry loudly during baptism. But the miracle (from God) happened !!! She didn't cry when the pastor poured water onto her head. Hallelujah!! Maybe she knew that she should behave better while she was accepting the new life offered by God.

Chee added oil into the water, then the smell of the water became very nice!

Chee asked the Chinese name of Isabella.

Isabella looked a little bit puzzled and Chee started to pour water onto her head.

The water wet Isabella's face so she was afraid and hid her face.

While waiting, Isabella played with the new book given by her Godmother and Godfather, Kam and Keung.

There were 51 people accepted baptism today! The whole worship lasted 3 hours. Isabella was very tired!
