I find the reasons why Isabella rejects to eat much congee at last. First, she cannot sit on the high chair for too long. It bores her. Second, she wants to hold the spoon by herself.
Last night, when she started to cry on the high chair during the dinner, I saw her hand try to snatch the spoon so I let her hold it. Then, with my help, she put the spoon into her month and ate more and more congee by her herself. That's amazing. Finally, she finished two bowls of congee. Even though she made an awful mess as she dropped a lot of congee on her clothes, I was happy to find out the way to make her eat more.
